Processing is based on our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, on the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where cookies requiring consent are used, on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Hosting
This website is hosted on the Wix platform: Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel, with affiliated companies in the EU and the USA, among others. Wix processes the technical data mentioned above on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. An adequacy decision of the EU Commission pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR exists for Israel; where data is transferred to the USA or other third countries, this is done on the basis of standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. The website uses technically necessary cookies for security and basic functions. Cookies that require consent (e.g. for statistics) are only set if you have agreed via the cookie banner. You can change your selection at any time via the website’s cookie settings. We do not use advertising cookies.
Contacting Us and Contact Form
If you contact us by email, telephone or via the contact form, we process your details to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions.
In the contact form, we collect your name, company, email address, optionally your telephone number, the services selected, the project size and your message. Mandatory fields are marked; all other information is voluntary.
The form is provided via the form function of our website provider Wix (see “Hosting”). Your details are stored in our Wix account and additionally forwarded to our inbox as an email notification. Your data is not passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We delete your enquiry data as soon as the enquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion. If a contract is concluded, the retention periods under commercial and tax law apply.
Map Display
The directions map on this website is a static image (map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, © CARTO). No data is transmitted to map services when the page is accessed. The “Plan route” link leads to Google Maps; Google’s privacy policy only applies once you click on this link.
Fonts and Embedded Content
Fonts are delivered via the Wix infrastructure; your browser does not establish a direct connection to Google servers in the process. Interactive elements on this website (e.g. animated process illustrations) are self-hosted and do not load any content from third-party servers.
External Links
This website links to our ordering portal (bestellportal.qoop.de) and to project platforms (qoop-marketing.com), as well as to external services such as ImmoScout24 or LinkedIn. These services are subject to the respective operators’ own privacy policies; the ordering portal is subject to the ordering portal’s privacy policy.
Storage Period
Server log data is only stored for as long as necessary for security and operational purposes. We store enquiry data for as long as necessary to process the enquiry and any follow-up questions. Statutory retention obligations, in particular under commercial and tax law, remain unaffected.
