The former hotel building, vacant since the pandemic, is repositioned as a future-oriented serviced apartment development. Benefiting from its commercial zoning and direct proximity to the S-Bahn, the concept responds to growing demand for flexible mid- and long-stay accommodation in Berlin.
The project comprises approximately 230 serviced apartments (20–22 sqm), with reception, lobby, co-working areas, and shared amenities on the ground floor. Existing underground parking is complemented by technical spaces, storage, staff facilities, and laundry areas.
The development offers a flexible living solution and a market-relevant alternative within Berlin’s highly constrained housing market.
