Located on one of Berlin’s last remaining infill sites, the project maximizes the potential of a limited urban plot through the development of a residential building designed to achieve the maximum possible living area within the given planning framework.

The design responds to the dense urban context by combining efficient spatial organization with a clear architectural expression. Careful consideration was given to daylight access, privacy, and the quality of living spaces, ensuring a high standard of residential comfort despite the compact site conditions.
