Located within a rear courtyard in Berlin, the project explores the opportunity to create added value in a dense urban context. Despite the limited width of the site, a simple and elegant narrow building was conceived, carefully integrated into the existing surroundings. The slender design presents both a challenge and an opportunity, requiring highly efficient spatial organization and thoughtful planning in order to make optimal use of the available area. The concept focuses on clarity, functionality, and spatial quality, ensuring that compact dimensions do not compromise comfort or usability.
