Located on a heritage-protected site, the project was developed by QOOP in collaboration with AKP Peter Kempchen as a residential complex with integrated commercial spaces and an underground parking garage. The design aims to revitalize the area by creating new meeting points and activating the surrounding urban environment.

Particular emphasis was placed on respecting the historical character of the site and its natural context, combining contemporary architecture with a sensitive approach to heritage and landscape.
